How to transfer an app from a Google Play Developer Account to another user?
You want to transfer your application on the Google Play Store to another account but don’t know how? Let’s quickly go through the steps.
Click here to go to the transfer page and click on the application transfer button.
Fill in the information in the relevant field completely.
If you can’t find the transaction id part, click here to go to the relevant page, click on the Developer Registration Fee button in the activity section, and go down to the bottom of the window that opens on the right. The code starting with PSN is your transaction id.
Go down to the App to transfer section and click on the Add an App button, then select the application you want to transfer and start the transfer process.
